Q: How does Baltic Naturals contribute to a positive impact on our planet?

Our whole ethos revolves around guilt-free skincare. This naturally includes an environmental conscience to be as generous to our planet as possible, which is rooted in our environmentally friendly formulas.

Q: What is Baltic Natural’s approach to sustainable packaging?

At Baltic Naturals, we use shipping boxes made from 88% recycled cardboard as well as recyclable bottles made from PET. This choice underscores our commitment to sustainability by reducing the demand for new materials and minimizing our environmental impact.

Q: Are the products tested on animals?

At Baltic Naturals, one of our main pillars are cruelty-free products. That means none of our products have gone through any form of animal testing. 

Q: Are the products vegan?

Yes, our products are all vegan. Our ethos is deeply rooted in guilt-free skincare, and that includes vegan products. We believe in creating skincare solutions that are not only effective but also ethically responsible. Our commitment means no animal-derived ingredients or animal testing.

Q: Are the products natural?

The exact percentage may vary depending on the specific formula, so please refer to the product description for precise details. Generally, for a certified natural formula, at least 95% of the total ingredients are derived from natural sources.

At Baltic Naturals, we are COSMOS Natural certified. This certification ensures that our products meet the strictest criteria for natural and organic cosmetics. To achieve this certification, our products undergo rigorous testing and evaluation to verify their natural origin, sustainable sourcing, and environmentally friendly production processes.

Q: Are the products safe to use during pregnancy?

Our products use clean ingredients and undergo rigorous safety testing. However, they have not been specifically tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your healthcare provider and review the ingredients list of any Baltic Naturals product to ensure it is suitable for you.

Q: Do Baltic Naturals products have an expiry date?

Most Baltic Naturals products have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of production. Upon receipt, these products typically have a remaining validity of at least 6 months, with an average range between 12 to 24 months.

After opening, Baltic Naturals products are usable for 3 to 24 months. The expiration date, clearly marked on the packaging, provides a guideline for the product's usability.

Q: How should Baltic Naturals products be stored?

Natural and organic cosmetics often contain ingredients that are sensitive to environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and light. Improper storage can result in:

  • Reduced product efficacy
  • Altered texture and consistency
  • Accelerated expiration
  • Growth of bacteria or mold

Temperature: 

Store your natural and organic cosmetics in a cool, dry place with temperatures between 10-20°C (50-68°F). Extreme temperatures can compromise the stability and efficacy of the products.

Humidity: 

High humidity can introduce moisture, leading to bacterial growth or spoilage. Keep your cosmetics in a dry environment to prevent these issues.

Sunlight: 

Direct sunlight can accelerate the aging process of your products, causing them to expire faster. UV rays can break down active ingredients, reducing their effectiveness.

Q: What if I have an adverse reaction to Baltic Naturals’ products?

If you suspect an adverse reaction to one of our products or notice itching, swelling, or raised bumps after application, follow these steps: Remove the product right away, rinse the area with cold water, and apply a cold compress to relieve heat and itching.

Q: Where does Baltic Naturals source their ingredients?

Baltic Naturals sources its active ingredients from flowers and herbs found in the Baltic meadows and forests. These plants thrive in the unique natural environment of the Baltic region, contributing to the potency and effectiveness of our products. We prioritize sustainable sourcing practices, harvesting these ingredients responsibly to minimize environmental impact and preserve the natural ecosystem.

Q: What are your delivery options and shipping costs?

Standard Delivery: Your order will be shipped using the most cost-effective method available.

Express Delivery: Your order will be shipped using the fastest method available.

Q: Does Baltic Naturals offer international shipping?

Currently, Baltic Naturals only offers shipping within the European Union. We are working hard to expand into the UK and US and envision shipping globally in the future.

Q: What is the estimated shipping time?

Shipping time will vary depending on weight and delivery option.

Standard up to 2 kg:

Between 2 - 11 working days

Standard from 2 kg to 15kg:

Between 2 - 9 working days

Express up to 2 kg:

Between 1 - 3 working days

Q: Where are orders shipped from?

Orders that you have purchased at Baltic Naturals will be shipped from Latvia.

Q: How can I track my parcel?

When you place an order and we have finished packing it, we send you a shipping confirmation email, wherein you will find both the tracking number and a button that leads straight to where you can track your parcel.

Q: What happens if the goods are damaged during transit?

If the good/s have been damaged during transit, please contact us and  provide us with pictures of the unopened damaged good/s so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Q: Can I cancel or amend my orders?

Depending on how long you take to send in the request, we cannot promise that the orders will be canceled before they’re packed and sent off, but in the event that that happens, simply contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Q: Wrong items received, or missing items, what do I do?

If you receive the wrong items, please contact us and we will promptly resolve the issue.

Q: I have not received an order confirmation, has my order been placed successfully?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please reach out to us. We will investigate the issue promptly and get back to you as soon as possible.

Returning Products

Q: What is the return policy at Baltic Naturals?

Our return policy at Baltic Naturals allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging and condition. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: How do I return a product?

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ma@balticnaturals.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: Klostergade 16, 1. -102, 6000 Kolding, Denmark.

If your return is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item to the provided address. Shipping costs will be refunded to you if the return is accepted. Please note that we cannot accept returns sent without prior authorization.

Q: Can I return discounted products for their original price?

No, you won’t be able to return discounted products for their original full value. The refund amount will be based on the price you paid for the product at the time of purchase.

Q: What does the refund timeline look like?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.

Q: What if I don't love my product?

At Baltic Naturals, we invite you to try our premium products. If you're not completely satisfied after a few light uses*, you can request a full refund. We're sure you'll adore them!

*A few light uses refers to usage of products in a timespan of 1-2 days. Any more than this and the order is not eligible for a refund. To request a refund please contact us.
